Do you wish to pay an additional £20 as a help day buy-out option?  YES   NO 

(A help day buy out option is available as from January 2009, please remember to add £20 to your membership fee if taking advantage of this option.  No help day will be required in 2009 on receipt of payment.)

 I attach (by NOCHEX) my subscription of £18.00 for membership (inc. BHS RC affiliation fee) or £38 if help day buyout option is exercised, valid to 31^st December 2009 plus the 80p Nochex charge, and agree to abide by the Club Rules and to attend at least one work party session during the year.
