2 DAY EVENT TEAMS
Stoneleigh Riding Club are holding a 2 day event on 24th and 25th May, see here for details. The venue is Offchurch, which is used for the RC ODE championships, and is a fantastic course - the competition is run in full two day event format. This is a great opportunity, don't miss out!

AREA 20 HORSE TRIALS & HUNTER TRIALS
If you are interested in representing the club in either horse trials and/or hunter trials, or are just keen to develop your skills towards taking part in these disciplines at some point in the future then this may be for you!
The Area 20 Horse Trials usually take place in June and the Hunter Trials in Sept/Oct. I thought that I would ask members to register their interest in plenty of time, as subject to demand, I am happy to organise some training sessions.
Dependent on what members tell me that they want/need, I am willing to set up training sessions with Instructors to suit. The idea is to give those who wish to compete the opportunity for further specific training, and to offer all members the training, support and encouragement that they need to perhaps take part in the future, as well as have an opportunity to come and see what its all about and join in the fun.

Future events
The FDRC will be running an interclub jumping competition at Somerford Park on Sun 17th February 08. This will be over a course combining show jumps and cross country fences in the outdoor school.
I have arranged some training over this course with Ian Olding on Sun 13th January 08, so ring me if you are interested to book a slot.
