FDRC Clinics

This calendar enables members (members only for clinics please) to book their own time slot for a flatwork clinic. Clinics are two people sharing 45 minutes, and cost £17.50 To use the calendar, simply click on a date of your choice, (use the arrows on the 'month' bar to scroll between months) a box will appear giving you options of time slot. A green date indicates a completely free clinic evening. An orange date indicates a partially booked evening, and a red date indicates a completely full evening. There is a facility to pay by paypal immediately on booking your clinic, a paypal account is not required, all major debit and credit cards are accepted. Please use this facility. Funds are easily refunded should the unexpected happen, and it makes administration of FDRC clincs much simpler. Collecting funds is not a job committee members enjoy. Once you book, you are committed to attend (and pay in full), unless you cancel 5 days in advance of the clinic or a replacement can be found. The first hour is for nervous jumpers/young horses and beginners. When booking multiple clinics, please bypass the payment system on the booking calendar. Make your booking as usual, and simply close the paypal screen when it appears, your booking will remain on the reservation system. To make your payment (avoiding a multuple paypal charge), just navigate to the riding club payments page and make your payment as usual there, giving the dates and the type of clinic you are paying for.
